Helps participants understand and use their NDIS plan, connect with suitable providers and build a roadmap toward their goals, with mentors and support workers on hand as needs change.

Level 3 support for participants with more complex situations, helping manage challenges in their support environment and keep services consistent.

Manages NDIS funding administration: invoices are processed, providers paid on time, budgets tracked and reported in plain language, with guidance on rules and rates.

One-to-one coaching for people with psychosocial disability, covering recovery planning, daily living and coping skills, mentoring, and connections to community and services.

Registered counsellors work with participants and family members on emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, relationships, confidence and independence; sessions are also open to private clients.

Practical help with cleaning and everyday household tasks in the participant's home, including cooking, shopping and general domestic assistance.
