Motion Reform Exercise Physiology provides personalised, evidence-based exercise therapy to help individuals improve strength, mobility and overall physical function. Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologist Lashan Amarasekera, Motion Reform supports NDIS participants through tailored exercise programs designed to improve independence, functional capacity and long-term health outcomes. Exercise Physiology can support participants living with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, reduced mobility and other long-term health conditions.
Programs are designed to safely improve strength, endurance, balance and confidence with movement. At Motion Reform, each participant receives an individualised exercise program based on their goals, abilities and support needs. Sessions focus on improving mobility, strength, coordination and confidence with movement to support greater independence in everyday activities. Motion Reform works with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, and services may be funded under: • Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing • Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living Our clinic is located inside Anytime Fitness Tallawong , providing access to a fully equipped gym environment where participants can complete supervised exercise therapy and functional strengthening programs in a safe and supportive setting.
Motion Reform aims to help participants move better, build strength and develop the physical capacity needed to improve daily function and long-term health. Progress updates and reports can also be provided to support coordinators when required to assist with NDIS plan reviews and ongoing participant support.
