Mission of Hope - Australia is a non-profit community organisation, labour hire provider and registered NDIS service provider supporting people with disabilities and vulnerable children. It helps participants with travel and transport, taking part in social, recreational and community activities, building everyday life skills, keeping up with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and gardening at home, personal care activities and programs that build social and community connections.
Its shared living supports include supported independent living in a shared living environment, and it offers support coordination at Level 1 and Level 2 to help participants understand and manage their NDIS plans. Support can be provided at the participant's home or in a shared living space, and the team aims to help participants build skills, confidence and independence and stay connected to their community.
