We are a registered NDIS provider and we support people living with a disability to reach their goals, improve their skills, develop confidence and feel valued to participate in their community. We offer support with activities of daily living and community participation. We have a pool of reliable and professional staff, who are passionate about delivering optimum services through a person-centred approach. With some lived experiences, our staff are flexible with their timing and will be able to fit into schedules as required. We also have a track record of providing person-centred support to facilitate participants' prompt discharge from hospitals. Post-discharge, we have wide connections to link participants to NDIS - funded Core and Capacity Building Supports they would require.
