Staff are trained in de-escalation, behavioural risk management, medication assistance, and incident response, and are selected for judgement, emotional control, and communication skills. 🌱 Creating meaningful outcomes: We focus on stable housing, predictable routines, safe community access, and supports participants can rely on.
Independence is built through consistency, not pressure. 📍 Service areas: We support participants across Australia, with a strong presence in Victoria. Services are delivered in homes, supported accommodation, and the community.
