Loyal Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability support across South East Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Its services include personal care, household maintenance, transport to outings, community participation and medical appointments, respite and short-term accommodation in its own accessible facilities, supported independent living in SIL homes, group and centre-based activities, and development of daily living and life skills.
The team works with participants and their family members to build support around individual goals, with trained staff assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, medication, budgeting, household tasks and social and recreational activities. Participants choose whether support is delivered at home or outside the home.
