With over 5 years of lived experience, I've been on an incredible journey of understanding, empathy, and unwavering commitment to those in need. My journey into the world of disability support services was driven by my personal experiences with two of my family members on the NDIS.
The struggle navigating servicing and understanding what is available for NDIS participant from a young age has helped shape and influence the way in which I practice. Furthermore, the impact a disability has on an individual and a family dynamic can often be overlooked which is one of the reasons I practice with compassion. I've always believed in the power of empathy and the difference it can make in people's lives. It's this belief that led me to establish Lifespan Healthcare Services in 2022, with a clear vision of providing support that goes beyond the ordinary.
