Lets Get Support is an NDIS provider based in Lismore, New South Wales, working across the Northern Rivers region. It offers support coordination, plan management, daily personal care and life skills, household and domestic assistance, transport, employment support, and group and centre-based activities. Supports are available to participants of all ages, including people who are self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed. The team runs a community participation program with small group programs and one-to-one community engagement, and also provides aged care services alongside its disability work.
