Leap in! is an Australian NDIS plan manager providing plan management and support coordination to participants across the country. It pays provider invoices and claims, tracks budgets, and issues statements, with 95% of compliant invoices processed within one business day. Members get a free app for budget tracking and invoice approval, monthly budget health checks, and help from the Connect team to understand funding and shortlist local providers. The organisation has operated since the NDIS began, was founded with backing from UnitingCare Queensland and Uniting NSW.ACT, and is part of the Attain Healthtech group. Roughly two-thirds of its staff report lived experience of disability.
