JaeMan provides services to self-managed, agency-managed and plan managed participants, working with all major plan management agencies. Our strength lies in the great relationships we have developed with both Support Co-ordinators and Local Area Co-ordinators (LASC’s). It’s the strength of our relationships and the capability of our team members that enables us to meet the needs of NDIS participants all over Australia. Working with a dedicated and friendly team who, in addition to being well trained and qualified, have the desire to improve the lives of participants, putting their needs first, helping them to improve their independent living and well-being every day.
Our on-boarding and best practice training program is what sets us apart. We have an extensive screening process, which includes referee checks, working with children and police checks. Rest assured our Support Workers are the very best carers in the community.
