At InFocus, we specialise in the supports that people need to help them on their NDIS journey. Our team of experienced and talented Support Coordinators and Plan Managers are proud to support NDIS participants, their families and their carers. Since the NDIS launched in July 2017, we now support hundreds of individuals and families with Support Coordination in the Brisbane area and many more throughout the whole of Queensland with Plan Management. We’re here to support you on your NDIS journey. We are passionate about the work that we do to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families.
