Inclusive Action is an NDIS registered specialist behaviour support provider based in Melbourne, Victoria. We work with participants of all ages, families, schools and support teams to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life. Our practitioners are highly qualified and experienced in positive behaviour support and are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We hold registration for Specialist Behaviour Support (0110) and Therapeutic Supports (0128).
Every plan we write is individualised, evidence based and built with the people who will implement it. We prioritise practical strategies that work in real settings, not documents that sit in a drawer. What we do: Functional behaviour assessment, and interim and comprehensive behaviour support plan development Training and coaching for families, support workers, educators and other implementers Review and reduction of restrictive practices, including reporting obligations under the NDIS Commission Collaboration with schools, allied health, support coordinators and medical teams Ongoing plan review, data monitoring and implementation support Who we work with: Children, young people and adults with intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury and complex support needs.
We work with participants living at home, in SIL and in supported settings, and across school, community and employment contexts.
