IM Online, also known as Innovative Mentoring, is a Western Australian provider of NDIS support coordination and mentoring for participants, families and carers. The team helps people connect with the supports they need, work through challenges and move toward the goals set in their plans, and also assists with plan reviews, plan variations and plan reassessments. Guidance combines professional expertise with lived experience of the scheme, so advice reflects firsthand knowledge of how plans and funding work in practice.
Support is arranged directly with each participant and family, and the provider also works alongside other ethical, participant-focused providers to fill gaps in a person's supports.
