Great service! I was looking for a Support worker for months through other agencies. Holy Cross very quickly found a wonderful support worker for me over the Christmas period when no one else was responding to my inquiries. Holy Cross really cares about their clients as people. Holy Cross is my first good experience of the NDIS, I am so glad I found them! Highly recommend Holy Cross.

Holy cross care services is the best ndis provider I've had. Thanks to the manager, my support sessions have been fantastic for my disability. Have been a complete game changer in our lives. The team at holy cross helped me when no one else could. We are so grateful. Great support and service. Very professional thank you for everything. The team and the manager , are very approachable and they have provided great assistance re any enquiry I have had. They have great duty of care skills! They receive a 5 star rating by me because they genuinely want to help.

I am very pleased with Holy Cross Care Services. My cleaner and manager is very professional, respectful, cheerful, and happy for a chat each visit. She is always punctual and cleans the entire house within the allotted time. Unlike many cleaners who do just the basics, she is happy to do any extra cleaning. I am fastidious about cleanliness and tidiness, and am pleased to see that her standards are very high. I have health conditions that require a hygienic and sanitary environment. In this regard, my house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to provide me a safe environment. Following her cleaning, my house is always immaculate and sparkles. I look forward to her visit each week and highly recommend Holy Cross Care Services. Micaela

Terrible cleaning service and terrible service from the manager- they were booked for Wednesday then said they cant come and re booked for thursday at 10 - no one showed up! At 11 am finally after calling and calling the manager she said she was in meetings and will follow up - then i waited and i called again and said are they coming she said yes 15 minutes- no apology no nothing- like it was no issue- i dont have issue people being late ect - but a courtesy call advising they will be late would be nice - cleaners came - i paid 4 hours total - and they said more time is needed !! I would not recommend this company- the communication and cleaning is terrible - this is my experience from today.

Unfortunately what you have written it seems coming from personal issues. We know and believe that we delivered an exceptional service for you! me as a provider delivered all the products for you drove more than 2 hours just to make you happy. My cleaners did their best to clean your huge house in 2 hours! You expected your 4 bedrooms double story huge house to be cleaned in 2 hours for 2 cleaners spring clean just not to pay! They even stayed half a hour more means 1 hour extra with no pay. You obviously misused our service and my workers to stay more time to take advantage of them! You were so abusive towards me and my cleaners. Keep yelling and calling us rude!!! And this is my also my experience with you. I know I have done everything right and apologise so many time for my cleaners to be late !
