Many of our support workers have completed hospital placements or specialty training, giving them both the practical skills and empathy to provide safe, high-quality care. 🌟 Our Services 🏡 Daily Living & Community Participation – personal care, meal prep, cleaning, shopping, recreational activities, cultural outings, and flexible hours (including weekends and overnight). 🚐 Specialised Transport – our brand-new wheelchair-accessible van provides safe and comfortable transport for appointments, day programs, school runs, and community access.
🏠 SIL & SDA Support – 24/7 shared or individual support in partnership with trusted SDA providers, with rosters of care tailored to each participant’s goals. 👩⚕️ Community Nursing & High Intensity Supports – including catheter changes, stoma and wound care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, diabetes management, CPAP and ventilation, medication administration, and palliative care. 💻 Telehealth Nursing – consultations, medication management, wound care advice, and care plan reviews for added flexibility.
