Our Registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing, and a post-graduate certificate in Leadership and Management development, is currently enrolled in a Master of Nursing since July 2020 and over 15 years of extensive nursing experience in a variety of settings. Substantial expertise in a range of settings including Clinical Nurse Consultant in Community Respiratory and Spinal cord injuries, Clinical Nurse Consultant in chronic disease coordination, Clinical Nurse Unit Manager in primary health care, Clinical Nurse specialist Primary health care nurse in correctional services, community and remote health had always enabled us to perform advanced level of autonomous care coordination and delivery of evidence-based practice efficiently and effectively.
Our highly experienced and qualified team of Support workers always enabled the delivery of personalized care by efficiently practicing the philosophy of empowerment. Our team of Support workers plays a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs, communication difficulties, and complex health needs to live independently. Support workers provide the physical and emotional support that our participants might need to achieve their goals.
