Supported independent living for NDIS participants with high support needs, with help around daily tasks in shared or individual homes and a roster of care built with each participant.

Short term accommodation and respite for participants with complex needs, giving families and carers a break, with personal care and social and recreational activities included.

One-to-one personal care and daily living support at home, covering showering, dressing, medication, meal preparation and appointments, plus life skills such as budgeting and public transport.

Community participation support to join social groups, sporting events, volunteering, courses and arts activities, with a support worker alongside for physical and emotional support.

Support coordinators help participants put their NDIS plan into action, connect with community and mainstream services, and prepare for plan reviews.

Community nursing by registered and enrolled nurses at home or at the provider's clinic, covering medication, wound, catheter, continence and stoma care, dementia and diabetes support and overnight care.
