Hera Support is a Western Australian NDIS provider delivering support coordination and specialist support coordination to participants in Perth, Peel and the South West. The organisation was formed by community-minded people with lived experience of disability to help participants understand, access and use their NDIS plans. Support coordinators help participants implement their plans, connect with mainstream and community services, build skills and manage plan budgets.
Specialist support coordination is delivered by allied health qualified staff experienced in complex case management, including work alongside health, education, housing and justice services. The team focuses on people who face extra barriers, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse communities and those living in regional or remote areas.
