Although currently unregistered, we work with both plan-managed and self-managed participants, and we are actively working toward full NDIS registration to expand our capacity and reach. Support Coordination (Level 1 & 2) Our expert Support Coordinators simplify the NDIS process for participants by helping them understand their plans, connect with trusted providers, and navigate any challenges. We are advocates, guides, and partners in your NDIS journey, ensuring you get the most value from your funding.
4. Cleaning & Home Maintenance A clean and well-maintained home is a key part of wellbeing. We provide reliable and respectful cleaning and light home maintenance services that make living easier and more comfortable for participants and their families. 5. Gardening Services We offer gardening services that help participants maintain a safe, beautiful, and accessible outdoor space. From lawn mowing to light landscaping, our team is here to support you.
6. Transport Assistance Our transport support is all about freedom and independence. Whether it’s school, work, appointments, or community activities, we ensure participants can get where they need to go safely and reliably. 7. Referrals to Allied Health Services Through our strong community networks, we can help participants access trusted allied health professionals — often with minimal wait times.
