Guardian Hands are a Sydney based NDIS provider that specialise in Assistance with Travel/Transport Household Tasks Community Nursing Daily Personal Activities Community Participation Supported Independent Living (SIL) Short Term Accomodation (STA) We aim to assist participants take control of their lives and gain their independence. Initial Consultation Guardian Hands will conduct an initial consultation in the participants home or at our head office in Merrylands NSW where we will discuss your goals and your NDIS plan.
We will draw up a yearly plan that aligns with your NDIS budget to maximise the use of your plan and achieve your goals. Guardian Hands work hard to partner participants with support workers that are compatible and we will discuss this during the initial consultation. We will also follow up with the participant weekly to ensure you are happy with our service and to ensure our support is aligning with your goals. We offer services to the greater Sydney region.
