We are based in Brisbane, QLD and provide in-home (face to face) support in the Greater Brisbane Area. We also offer telehealth/remote support for all of our services. I was recommended Grow Support Services as a support coordination provider and I am so glad I got in touch with them. They are such a caring, supportive and professional team and have so much knowledge about the NDIS. I was genuinely surprised at how pro-active they are in keeping in touch with me and I have a great relationship with my support coordinator. Very happy to recommend! :)
