Great North Health is a trusted allied health provider offering Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants of all ages and abilities. Located in the heart of Five Dock, our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing high-quality, personalised and participant-centred care. Our experienced Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and other members of the care team to help each person work towards their individual NDIS goals.
We currently have immediate capacity for both Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology, allowing participants to access support without lengthy waiting periods. Our services can support participants with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to: * Mobility, strength, balance and coordination * Falls prevention and improving safety * Pain management and physical function * Neurological and physical disabilities * Gross motor skills and functional independence * Communication and language development * Speech clarity and articulation * Social communication * Swallowing and mealtime support * Functional communication and participation in everyday activities We support children, adolescents, adults and older adults across a broad range of disabilities and conditions.
Our approach focuses on each participant as an individual, with therapy tailored around their goals, abilities, daily activities and what is most important to them. As a multidisciplinary clinic, our Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology teams can work together to provide coordinated care under one roof, while also communicating with the participant's broader support network. We currently have capacity and welcome new NDIS referrals for both Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology.
