SERVICES Assistance with Daily Personal Activities: helping participants with everyday personal care tasks. Daily Care and Life Skills: supporting the development of essential life skills like using public transport, social skills, communication and taking part in community activities & events. Assist with Household Tasks: helping participants to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities: promoting engagement in social and recreational community activities (going to the movies or mall, attending social events/ clubs, volunteering & participating in hobbies). Support Coordination / Life-Stage Transition: providing short-term and long-term assistance in navigating services and planning support (connecting participants with service providers, helping participants to access and coordinate supports & planning transitions through different life stages).

Assistance with Employment and Higher Education: supporting participants seeking employment or further education (CV writing, practising job interview skills & enrolling in skill development programs). Travel / Transport assistance: helping participants to travel to work, education facilities and other appointments and community activities (driving or accompanying participants, planning transport routes & promoting confidence to use public transport).

Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared-Living Arrangement (SIL/STA/Respite): supporting high-needs participants in a shared-living environment (personal care, daily routines & promoting independence). Specialised Employment Support: supporting participants who need more intensive help to find and maintain employment. Group and Centre-Based Activities: encouraging social engagement through group activities.
