Expert Plan Management is an NDIS registered plan management provider staffed by plan managers and experienced accountants. It manages the funding in a participant's NDIS plan, processing invoices, lodging claims, monitoring budgets and keeping records, and it works directly with each participant's chosen providers. Providers are paid within 48 hours, and a participant app lets clients approve invoices and follow spending against their budget. The service is available Australia-wide and is free to participants, because plan management fees are paid separately by the NDIS.
