The Equipped Living Team believes in delivering multifaceted support. As such we are able to provide the following services: Support Coordination. Our Social Workers are Australian Association of Social Workers accredited with over 6years experience in the delivery of Social Work Support in the Greater Ipswich Region. Counselling services: with many years of experience counselling children, youth, young adults and mature, we are able to start your road to wellness alongside you.
Registered Nurse Supports. Our RN’s are Equipped with over 20years experience on the delivery of clinical support and AHPRA registered. Enrolled Nurse supports. Our EN’s are well equipped with experience to meet you in home medical needs. Disability Support Worker Support. All of our DSW’s are equipped with Cert III’s and IV’s in individual support With over four years of experience working with vulnerable youths and adults. Available for the provision of post surgical care in the home.
Domestic Cleaning Supports. Also available at the request of our participants.
