ABOUT ELITE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD Elite Disability services is well established community support services that aim to create a strong community bond with the people, whereby its members feel connected and valued. People with disability have the same right as other Australians to determine their best interests and to have choice and control over their lives. OUR SUPPORT WORKERS Our staff are our most valuable asset as they provide the highest standards of care to our participants.
We are proud that our staff come from a variety of diverse backgrounds that can match our participants needs. You will find all our support workers caring, approachable, friendly, easy to communicate with and understanding of the challenges that are unique to you. All Elite Disability services support workers have up to date National Police Check, Working with Children Check and meet all regulatory requirements. All Elite Disability services staff undergo induction training to ensure positive outcomes in relation to the quality of care we provide to our participants.
However, If you already enjoy the support of your current carer we are more than happy to employ them on your behalf should you wish to join WHO WE SUPPORT Elite Disability works with vast members of the community; family, individuals, youth, children, and other community organizations to deliver its services and supports.
