Elability works alongside people with disability, their families and their support networks to make the NDIS work the way it's meant to — practically, and in a way that fits the person's real life rather than a template. We offer the following supports: Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assistance with Daily Living & Community Access Supports We're led by someone with over 13 years in the sector — from support worker through to SIL service manager, specialist support coordinator and consultant.
That means we understand both sides: what quality support looks like on the ground, and how to build the evidence and systems that hold it together. We're comfortable with complexity. Much of our work involves people with high or complex support needs, autism, housing transitions and situations where previous supports haven't worked. We take time to understand what's actually going on, then put realistic supports in place — and we write the evidence properly, because a well-argued plan review or change of circumstances can change someone's life more than another appointment.
Most importantly, we have PASSION for what we do. We love being a part of the journey of the participants we support. We wake up looking forward to the day. Right now, we are going through the audit stages of our Registration so can only offer supports to Plan Managed participants and Self Managed Participants....
