At Dynamic Mobile Rehab, we provide individualised exercise programs to ensure you achieve your goals. As a mobile service we are able to accommodate to your needs whether it be in your own home, at a local gym or hydrotherapy facility. We currently service NDIS participants that are plan-managed and self-managed. We are here to help you reach your physical health goals by incorporating a tailed exercise plan via face-to-face sessions. Whether you are wanting to increase the strength in your muscles and bones, improve your cardiovascular health, improve your balance and mobility, we are here to help, all in the comfort of your home.
