Directions Disability Support Services is an incorporated Western Australian organisation providing relationship-based, personalised support to people with disability since 1994. It works one-to-one with participants at home and in the community, and runs centre-based group programs from Maddington: arts and crafts, a ten-week life skills program for recent school leavers, and the Teen Spirit and Social Spirit groups. Support coordination helps participants understand and use their NDIS plans. Services run across the Perth metropolitan area and south into the Peel region, and staff do not wear uniforms. The site states that its customers transitioned to Ability WA in April 2026.
