Direct Care Assistance is a registered NDIS provider run and managed by Registered Nurse with head office located in Clayton, VIC. We specialize in providing support services to people with Physical, Mental and Intellectual disabilities across Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Gippsland, Ballarat, and Geelong. Our services include home care, 24/7 Support including overnight assistant, Supported Independent Living, Respite Care, MTA and STA, Personal Care, Shopping and Meal Preparation, Community and Social Activities, Medication Assistance and Holiday Support Services .
Our aim is to assist our clients in achieving meaningful, active, and socially connected lives. Our team consists of experienced clinical nurses qualified to manage complex wounds, diabetes, medication management, administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, provide catheter care, and palliative care. We also have support workers with expertise in delivering complex physical care, such as hoist transfers, peg feeding, and catheter care.
Our trauma-informed mental health support workers have experience working with clients with complex mental health needs.
