Devonfield Enterprises is a not-for-profit organisation based on the north-west coast of Tasmania that has supported people with disability in the Devonport area since 1959. It is a registered NDIS provider offering supported employment, school leaver employment supports, accommodation, in-home support, vocational and life skills training, and community and social participation. Supports are individualised and built around each participant's goals, with programs covering gardening and maintenance, school canteens and catering, transport, housekeeping, personal care and cooking.
Accommodation options include group homes shared by two to six people, individual homes, respite and child and youth services. A board of management with backgrounds across a range of professions oversees the organisation, which is an incorporated not-for-profit.
