CSBS Disability Supports is a registered NDIS provider that has supported people with disability since 2017. It delivers supported independent living for people with high and complex needs, including high intensity daily personal activities for people with diabetes, epilepsy, complex wounds, tracheostomy, stoma, catheter or ventilator needs. Its in-home support workers assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, transport and capacity building, while community supports help participants build relationships, pursue hobbies and connect with local activities, including at the Caloundra Community Hub on the Sunshine Coast.
Community nursing covers chronic illness, medication, wounds, dementia, respiratory and catheter care.
