Crystalwhite Cleaning Supplies is a registered NDIS provider supplying household cleaning products and equipment to participants and their support providers. Its range covers cleaning chemicals and detergents, paper hygiene and washroom products, disposable gloves and PPE, mops, buckets, dusters, bins and bin liners, vacuum cleaners, floor care and carpet cleaning machines, and window cleaning accessories. NDIS participants can order through the online store, where self-managed participants shop directly with their own account, plan-managed participants complete a biller authority form, and NDIA-managed orders are claimed through the NDIA portal once a service agreement form is received.
Support providers, coordinators and SIL, SDA and STA providers can use a business customer portal with multi-user access and multiple addresses, and the team can be contacted for ordering assistance. Customers can also visit the retail store at Coburg in Melbourne, and products are delivered Australia-wide.
