Core Support Australia provides the opportunity for plan managed and self managed participants to engage with our team for a range of supports including community access, respite and personal care. We are located on Darby Street, Newcastle and provide our services to clients in the Newcastle/Hunter region. Our attitude and approach within the industry is to assist, teach and educate our clients with the fundamentals they need to live a liberated, independent life within our community.
We exercise the NDIS moto 'Choice and Control' to all of our clients to empower and educate our clients to get the most out of their funding . We engage with our clients on an equal and respectful level to work on their NDIS goals by setting realistic strategies tailored to the individual. We empower our clients to engage on a journey of self development with the assistance of our support staff to help clients to find jobs, form self care routines, improve diet/exercise and much more!
