We are dedicated to supporting, growing, and developing individuals to feel a sense of belonging and togetherness in the community. Who we are? We are a purpose-driven organisation passionate about creating a safe haven for all abilities in and around the community. We are designed with three incentives in mind. These are aligned with our values – ‘Support.
Belong. Grow’. We wish that all those living with disabilities are adequately supported in and around the community through the help and assistance of our fantastic team, creating a safe haven where everyone feels at peace. From there, we strive that each individual feels a sense of belonging and togetherness with the friendships they have formed with other like-minded people through the community haven network. Finally, the end goal is for every individual to grow and develop into active members of society with everything they have to offer.
What we Offer We are a full support providing service for all your needs. Don’t miss out getting the essential support(s) required for you and your goals. This includes: 1. Disability support services. Engage in the community or undertake self-care support through the guidance of one of our amazing team members. 2. Activities. Accessing the community through pre planned activities organised by our amazing team in order to gain independence, gain new friendships and grow as individuals.
3. Respite. Have the ability to have a short period of rest or relief through having an NDIS funded trip tailored around your wants. 4. Woman’s only groups. Attend a woman’s only group with like-minded individuals whose main goal is to create a safe and enriching environment for all to thrive.
