About Coming Home Psychology

New South Wales

I am a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing trauma, disability, mental health challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences. My approach is compassionate, holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with a strong focus on helping individuals feel safe, empowered, understood, and connected within themselves and their relationships. Over the past decade, I have worked extensively within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supporting individuals living with psychosocial disability, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, complex trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and behavioural concerns.

I also have significant experience working alongside children and young people in foster care and out-of-home care settings, as well as supporting families navigating complex systems and developmental needs. My work integrates evidence-based psychological therapies with somatic and nervous-system-informed approaches that recognise the deep connection between mind, body, relationships, and lived experience. I am passionate about supporting healing through relational, embodied, and neuroaffirming practices that honour the whole person.

I am a fully trained EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and have completed Somatic Attachment Therapy training through The Embodiment Lab. I have also undertaken extensive professional development in trauma, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, neuropsychology, and nervous system regulation. I support individuals aged 16 years and older across a range of presentations including Complex trauma and PTSD, Childhood trauma and attachment difficulties, Autism and ADHD, Anxiety and depression, Emotional regulation difficulties, Family and domestic violence recovery, Psychosocial disability, Stress and burnout, Relational difficulties, Post-natal mental health challenges, Veterans and emergency service workers.

I value working collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, person-centred support that builds capacity, resilience, emotional safety, and quality of life. Based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments Australia-wide via Zoom and phone.
