Cleone's Counselling provides NDIS-registered counselling and disability support, offering empathetic support for anxiety, trauma and life's challenges. Led by counsellor and educator Cleone Lavagna-Slater, who holds a Bachelor in Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling and ACA Level 4 registration, the practice takes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. Counselling covers family and relationship counselling, community capacity building and therapeutic interventions tailored to each person, and equine-assisted therapy and other creative modalities are offered to support emotional growth, resilience and connection.
Care plans are customised to each client's challenges and goals, and the practice integrates counselling, nursing and disability support in a holistic approach to wellbeing. Support is available online and in Brisbane and Bundaberg.
