Clear Care is a NDIS Provider. We aim to understand the participant and aim to connect and match the support workers that are most suitable to their needs. Whilst it is not always possible however our efforts are always driven in this direction as this helps improve the quality of service and relationship between support worker and the participant. To help resolve these issues, we decided to come together and create Clear Care. We both have first hand experience in community care being support workers and nurses and we have a clear vision of how we would like community care to be. We want to make it easier and we want to help make it run more smoothly for our participants and our workers.
