Caring Star is a registered NDIS service provider, offering a range of disability services throughout the Northern and Western Suburbs in of Melbourne. The northern and southern suburbs of Brisbane. We listen to you, and in partnership with you, we develop tailored programs and supports that ensure that you receive the type of supports you want, where you want them and when you want them. Currently, we provide the following support to Participants: 1.
Community Care (Community Participation, Daily Living Skills, and Hight Intensity Daily Personal activities) 2. Support Coordination 3. Accommodation Services (Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), and Short Term Accommodation (STA) We adhere to our legislative and funding agreement requirements to ensure we meet your expectations and provide a high level of service. We continuously work to meet the NDIS Commission Standards which include supporting people with a disability to achieve.
