We provide our day-to-day support services in new homes from our collaborating SDA partners. Our multidisciplinary team of qualified and experienced support staff provide quality, consistent and 24-hr support. Our homes are designed to High Physical Support, Improved Liveability, and Robust SDA design standards. CareChoice Homes offer single occupancy and shared living arrangements available throughout metropolitan Melbourne, and regional Victoria.
