Care Companion Queensland is a disability service provider operated by nurses and carers. Our goal is to create a long term relationship with our clients and provide the best continuous care. We offer free regular meet ups/community gatherings based on our clients interests. One of our in demand meet ups is our Pokemon Go Meet ups. The next meet ups in plan are day camping trips, beach outings, outdoor bike rides, fishing trips and theme park visits.
