Canacare is a Registered NDIS Provider led by experienced Registered Nurses. Our service delivery is grounded in clinical expertise and strengthened by real-life experience—The founding director, a seasoned nurse with years of service in both metro and regional hospitals, was inspired by a deeply personal journey—supporting a child through complex brain injury rehabilitation and seizure management. This experience drives our commitment to highly personalised, person-centred nursing support tailored to each participant's unique needs.
Our nursing and support team prioritises participant choice, control, and dignity. We understand the NDIS and tailor all supports to each participant's unique goals, preferences, and needs. Our support workers are highly trained and uphold best-practice standards, ensuring all services are responsive, respectful, and empowering.
