Can Support is an NDIS support coordination provider working in the disability sector since 2016. It helps participants and their families understand and use their NDIS plans, find and connect with providers, and build the skills to coordinate their own supports. A specialist service supports people with high or complex needs, including those dealing with the health, education or justice systems. The team is based at St Peters in Sydney's inner west and works across greater Sydney, with services extending to the Newcastle region. It supports people of all ages, disabilities and support needs, and has experience with supported independent living and specialist disability accommodation.
