Bliss Disability Care Services is an NDIS provider based in Pakenham, in Melbourne's south-east, supporting people with disability at home and in the community. The organisation assists with personal activities such as bathing, dressing and mobility, household cleaning and laundry, meal planning, community nursing care and transport to appointments and social outings. Support coordinators help participants understand their plan, connect with services and use their funding.
Support workers assist one-to-one in the home, while registered nurses deliver clinical care where the person lives.
