Our aim is to let our participants get on with life the best way possible while we look after the stressful part with their plan management. We provide a transport service in addition to Plan Management to allow our participants to access the services they need to live a fullfilling life much sooner rather than later without the difficulty or worry of how to navigate other services or rely on others to cater or make time for our participants needs.
In addition we also provide Short Term Accommodation so not only can they take a much needed break they can take their support workers with them to assist in their daily needs. Booking is required and accommodation may not suit everyones needs. For details please contact provider directly.
