Bay Plan Management is a family-owned NDIS plan management firm that began in the Wide Bay region of Queensland in 2019 as Wide Bay Plan Management. It now supports participants Australia-wide from offices in Gympie and Maryborough, paying provider invoices within two to three business days, lodging NDIS claims and recording how plan funds are spent. Participants receive monthly statements through the Careview app and can request budget advice or help to move from another plan manager or from self-management. Its small team of plan managers works directly with each client.
