Support workers help participants use public and private transport and get to medical appointments, shopping, community events and social or sporting activities.

Group and centre-based activities that build social involvement, including skill-learning courses, social groups, sports clubs, library visits, concerts and cultural events.

Domestic assistance covering vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, grocery shopping, rubbish removal, gardening and lawn mowing.

Community participation support to join social, sporting and cultural activities, develop interests and build friendships, with a support worker alongside.
