It's important to us to make sure you and your support worker are a good fit for each other. Zero Tolerance We take the safety of our participants very seriously. This means we act on anything that makes one of our participants feel or become unsafe. Our support workers complete a police check, working with children check and their past employers are contacted in the hiring process.
