Ark Support Coordination is an NDIS provider established in 2019 that works with people living with disability and their families across Western Australia. Support coordination and specialist support coordination help participants understand their plan, connect with providers and navigate complex situations. A team of social workers provides positive behaviour support, social work, psychosocial functional capacity assessments, child-centred play therapy for children and one-to-one sexuality counselling. Offices are in Perth, Bunbury, Broome and Kununurra, and sessions are held at the office, in the community or online. Team members also speak Spanish, French, Tagalog, Croatian and Serbian.

Coordinators help participants use their NDIS plan, build links with providers and strengthen the informal and formal supports around them.
