Possibly the worst support coordination provider around and that's not an easy achievement. Absolutely terrible.
Hope has been our support coordinator from the beginning of our NDIS journey for my son. She has gone above and beyond many times to make sure our son has the very best care and services in place. She understands the struggles we have faced as a family and has been such a great emotional support aswell. Forever grateful for having met and her team.
Terrible company, if you want your family member to suffer send them here. Client negligence, no coordination or communication. They barely even feed their clients and disregard any concerns staff have if the client is unwell.
